Rich Garcia

SENIOR CONSULTANT
Mr. Garcia has extensive experience in investigative, analytical and security matters. Mr. Garcia retired as an Assistant Director from the FBI after 25 years of service. During his career with the FBI, Mr. Garcia managed several complex investigations and operational programs at various field domestic offices and at FBI Headquarters in Washington D.C. One of the operational programs included having responsibility for the FBI’s data centers, computer systems, global telecommunications and classified networks. Upon retirement from the FBI, Mr. Garcia joined Shell Oil Company as their Global Security Manager for the Western Hemisphere with physical security responsibilities and threat assessments for Shell Oil’s administrative and on and off-shore production facilities. After five and half years with Shell Oil Company, Mr. Garcia continued his career in investigative, analytical and security matters as a consultant. 

Mr. Garcia also volunteers for various Boards and other Social Organizations where he is currently on the Board of Directors for the Pegasus Research Foundation, which is part of the National Sheriff’s Association. Mr. Garcia has previously served on the Board of Directors for the North Texas Crime Commission, the Energy Security Council as well as a member of the National Board for the FBI’s InfraGard program. Mr. Garcia still maintains memberships in all of these organizations. Mr. Garcia also volunteers and participates with the Houston Livestock Show and Rodeo focusing on youth education where he serves as one of the Directors on their board.
