Dyann Bradbury

Ms. Dyann Bradbury served on the Board of Directors and was President of the InfraGard National Members Alliance (INMA). InfraGard is a collaborative public/private infrastructure protection organization supported by the FBI and the Department of Homeland Security (DHS).
Ms. Bradbury served on the Board of Advisors for the Center for Information Security Awareness (CfISA). The CfISA was created by a group of leading security experts, academics, and fraud experts to improve awareness of the threats of identity theft, cybercrime, and poor data management to individuals, the workplace, law enforcement, and the nation.
As Senior Director of Corporate IT Compliance for Digital River, Ms. Bradbury was responsible for establishing and maintaining the corporate IT Compliance Program, Risk Management Program, Product Intake Process, and Global Law Intake Process from a data transport and data privacy perspective. She chaired and established the Digital River Privacy Council and was responsible for PCI compliance for Digital River’s global business units in the U.S., Germany, Ireland, Sweden, Austria, and Canada. Ms. Bradbury reviewed and advised on policy, conducted PCI Gap analysis on acquisitions, and reviewed new legislation that impacted the business from a security and compliance perspective. Bradbury advised on SOX (Section 404) and PCI requirements.
As Director, IT – Security Risk Management at Ameritas, Ms. Bradbury was responsible for establishing and maintaining the Technology Security Risk Management program which included conducting IT security risk assessments, chairing the Technology Risk Council, and developing IT security standards.
Most recently Ms. Bradbury has been employed by Robert Half International, advising corporations on SOC1, SOC2, and ICOFR audits, IT security controls, reviewing and advising on information security policy, third party vendor management programs, risk management programs and procedures.
Ms. Bradbury has written several published articles including Advances in Cyber Security – Technology, Operations, and Experiences (Contributor, Fordham University Press), The Big Data Responsibility: Companies’ Role in Protecting Consumer Information (Internet Retailer), The Shift in Data Ownership Has Begun: As consumers seek control over data, companies must comply with new regulations (Twice.com), Online Businesses Face Increasing Regulatory Scrutiny (CIO Review). She has also been interviewed by TechTarget (Uncharted Path to IT and Compliance), and by CSO Online (Leading Security Change – On the Pathway to the Security Talent We Crave).
While serving as President of InfraGard Members Alliance, Ms. Bradbury spoke at numerous conferences and served on numerous panels. Topics included Payment Opportunities – Increase Conversions with Fraud Management, Managing Commerce Risk, Insider Threat, the United States success of building public/private partnerships, information sharing and InfraGard, U.S. Critical Infrastructure – First Line of Defense against Terrorist Attack, Mapping the Collaborative Nexus for Managing Cybercrime in the 21st Century, Cyber Security, the Employees Role in Reducing Cyber Risk, and Incident Response.
Ms. Bradbury has obtained many certifications throughout her career. Past certifications obtained were, CISSP (Certified Information Systems Security Professional), CISA (Certified Information Systems Auditor), CSOX (Certified in Sarbanes-Oxley), CPISM (Certified Payment Card Industry Security Manager), CPISA (Certified Payment Card Industry Security Auditor), SANS GIAC-GSEC (Global Information Assurance Certificate – Global Security Essentials Certificate), MCP+I (Microsoft Certified Professional plus Internet), MCSE (Microsoft Certified Systems Engineer), and CNA (Certified Novell Administrator).
Ms. Bradbury is co-founder of the CyberSpace Camp for high school aged girls. The camp is held at the Kennedy Space Center in Florida, the educational focus is STEM+, Science, Technology, Engineering, Math + Privacy and Ethics.
